Do we go to Paradaise?

Q:  When we die and do not yet have our immortal bodies do we go to a place called paradise then when we get our body is it called new Jerusalem?

A:  I believe we go to paradise/presence of Jesus, some teach that paradise ended at Calvary and became heaven. I do think the New Jerusalem terminology is post-judgment.
